General purpose utilities.

Class	Description
CheckedRunnable	A wrapper for a runnable which makes unexpected runtime problems visible.
CoalescingTaskScheduler	Call a task after a delay.
DebugArray<T>	Special array used to track some changes (but not all of them, eg using iterators etc.).
Diff<Type>	Compares two lists, returning a list of the additions, changes, and deletions between them.
